Pupil Premium at Arnett Hills JMI School
We are committed to ensuring that all of our students, regardless of their background, are given the best opportunities to succeed. We recognize that some of our students may face additional challenges due to financial disadvantage, and as a result, are eligible for Pupil Premium funding. This funding is used to support and enhance the educational experience of eligible students to ensure they achieve their full potential.
We have 13 pupils who qualify for Pupil Premium funding from September 2024. This represents 6.7% of the pupil population. The school has received £20,485. This tables shows the intended allocation and desired impact of the funding.

Our Approach
At Arnett Hills JMI school, we carefully plan and monitor how Pupil Premium funding is spent to ensure that it has the maximum impact. In order to do this, we work closely with staff, parents, and students to identify needs and create targeted interventions. These may include:
- Academic support: Extra tutoring, small group sessions, or personalized learning plans.
- Enrichment opportunities: After-school clubs, educational trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Pastoral care: Support for emotional well-being and guidance to help students overcome barriers to learning.
- School resources: Providing access to learning materials, revision guides, and technology to ensure that students have everything they need to succeed.
Impact and Accountability
To ensure that our interventions and level of support provided are effective, we monitor the progress of all students, including those eligible for Pupil Premium. Our goal is to close the attainment gap between disadvantaged students and their peers and ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive.
